  3. Show them what their personal page will look like once they have logged in and point out link to curriculum. There are 2 different links to the curriculum. If one uses “The NAF Curriculum” link, he/she is taken to the next slide and then he/she will need to click on the link which will take him/her to the curriculum page. The link at the bottom of the page takes him/her directly to the curriculum page.

  5. Point out the Handbook and stress what a great tool it is for teachers—provides teaching methods. Also point out that the “old” NAF curriculum will no longer be available in the Fall.
  6. Point out that you have returned to personal page and are now going to take them to their datacenter by clicking on the NAF Data Center button.

  8. Point out the three tabs at the top and explain the difference between each. Show them where they need to select their academy. Point out the Data Submission grid
  9. Point out that the selected grid appears highlighted in a peachy beige color. This is the Academy Record page. Point out the envelope in the left column, which means they can’t change it, and clicking on the envelope will generate an email to their Regional Director. The pencil symbol on the left means that they can edit the information in that section themselves by clicking on the pencil
  10. Point out that this is the Data Submission Status grid (highlighted in peachy beige). Pay particular attention to the column marked “Essential Data” which will say “incomplete”, “complete”
